Used to be the best option for GF pizza in PS, but last few times I’ve been in, staff has been ignoring mandate and not wearing masks, and I no longer feel comfortable eating here as I think this is reflective of their lax attitude towards safety precautions.

** Totally Celiac friendly. Go during cool weather times when fans aren’t blowing in the kitchen. We’ve eaten here many times without issue! They have a Gf crust and a gf cauliflower crust. Also, the wings are GF too! The salads are to die for. My husband stopped in to discuss how they handle the Gf pizzas as this was my sons absolute favorite pizza “in the whole wide world” pre diagnosis. I’m giving them 5 stars because they are knowledgeable and absolutely take precautions- separate prep, separate oven, fresh utensils. That said, the owner told us that during the summer months it IS NOT SAFE as they run fans in the kitchen to cool the staff and flour is inevitably everywhere. We spend summers and all holidays in Pagosa, so we’ve assured our son we will eat Rosie’s until we pop come November. I believe the owners honesty and understanding of what makes a pizza safe makes Rosie’s celiac friendly- just be careful about the time of year, and of course, ask.

GF pizza was delicious! Can't say that it was in a dedicated area, so cross contamination is possible. But great food!

Extremely fast and friendly service. The gluten free pizza is delicious. However, if you have true celiac disease they can not guarantee no cross contamination but they do there best.

Great pizza and excellent service. Enjoyed the live music and very friendly wait staff.
