Grabbed takeout here and it did not disappoint. I visited about 1 hr before closing so they were out of a few ingredients, but portions were huge and I felt safe.

This restaurant is like Chipotle for Mediterranean food. There is only one item on the menu with gluten, pita bread. Quick and yummy.

Almost everything is gluten-free here, even the couscous. Only the pitas are containing gluten and are prepared separately (no GF option unfortunately). Got a harissa chicken bowl with rice here, which tasted great. Extremely sensitive to gluten, did not get sick!

I felt very safe eating here! The whole line is gluten free and they put all the ingredients in individual bowls to toss and put in pita at the end which reduces chances of cross contamination. The gluten free pita wasn’t great but it isn’t contaminated in the cooking or heating process. Will be coming back for a bowl soon.

Love this Mediterranean restaurant chain. Selections are labeled to make it easy. Generous servings as well!

Order: rice based with falafel and topping bar Review: a little skeptical on some of the cross contamination aspect because of the create-your-own style, tasty food and GF and veggie marked items
Everything is marked clearly as to whether it is gluten free or not. They’ve got salad and rice bowls to put the protein with. And the falafel was GF and delicious!!!

gluten free and clean eating dream! I’m wheat intolerant and they informed me that I most likely only need to avoid the chickpea salad and the pita bread (obviously).

They have gluten free Items listed! Food is amazing. Cross-Contamination is possible. They have GF pita bread! But beware that getting regular pita bread is likely if ordered for delivery, especially if you ask for no pita bread. I suggest going in and taking out!

I have celiac and my wife is gluten intolerant. We shared the falafel appetizer and the harissa chicken bowl. The staff seemed very knowledgeable about gluten free service and foods. They do not have a separate gluten free prep area and their food is arranged cafeteria style, but they prepare your bowl. The food was very tasty and I felt it was a safe place to eat because the staff appears very conscious about cross contamination.

They do have a gluten free pita! It’s dry and crumbly though, and if I go again I would just opt for a rice bowl instead. They will change gloves on request, but as others have mentioned there’s a high cross contamination risk from utensils touching floury wheat pitas then going back into the food. Not safe for Celiac.
The in store menu isn’t labeled for allergens, so use the website menu for gluten free items. The roti chicken is delicious, as are the gluten free falafel! I’d honestly go back just for the falafel and yogurt sauce.
