Great place downtown to grab a delicious, inexpensive meal. Loved all of the options, and felt great after eating it. Would recommend!
Went here twice now. Ordered a salad or bowl each time. Asked for NO pita. Everything is gluten free except pitas. Not sure if falafel is cross-contaminated and have not tried the falafel. Great food and did not get sick. I watched the employee make a pita for someone and then change her gloves to get the salad, so felt fairly safe.
Grabbed takeout here and it did not disappoint. I visited about 1 hr before closing so they were out of a few ingredients, but portions were huge and I felt safe.
This restaurant is like Chipotle for Mediterranean food. There is only one item on the menu with gluten, pita bread. Quick and yummy.
Almost everything is gluten-free here, even the couscous. Only the pitas are containing gluten and are prepared separately (no GF option unfortunately). Got a harissa chicken bowl with rice here, which tasted great. Extremely sensitive to gluten, did not get sick!
I felt very safe eating here! The whole line is gluten free and they put all the ingredients in individual bowls to toss and put in pita at the end which reduces chances of cross contamination. The gluten free pita wasn’t great but it isn’t contaminated in the cooking or heating process. Will be coming back for a bowl soon.

Everything is marked clearly as to whether it is gluten free or not. They’ve got salad and rice bowls to put the protein with. And the falafel was GF and delicious!!!
Best fast food experience in a long time. Staff have special wrapped g free pitas, changed gloves and were very knowledgeable and friendly.

They had gluten free cauliflower rice, gluten free pita bread and I was able to make my bowl perfectly and it was so healthy and yum!!!!
Got glutened here at lunch this afternoon. I went early to beat the lunch rush and talked to the two guys working the counter about my gluten allergy. They assured me that everything except the pita was safe. My mom and I both ordered chicken bowls with several toppings and both had an immediate reaction.
Everything at Roti is gluten free except the pita and pita chips. They offer bowls with rice, salads and sandwiches. They also have the Be Free gluten free pita available. Very tasty Mediterranean food! The server also changed her gloves when I let her know i have celiac and the toasted pita was wrapped to avoid cross-contamination. Highly recommend this fast option!
really excellent place. walked in and immediately found a qr code that listed all allergen information. only two items in the store are not gluten free: the pita and the pita chips. that’s not a problem cause THEY OFFER GF PITA (for extra)!! asked the server to change her gloves for an allergy, they guessed it was gluten and seemed super confident and eager to serve me. i got honest opinions on dishes, was offered to try items, and the price points were totally fair. very customizable to your tastes! line was short, store was clean, staff efficient, and most importantly my dinner was delicious
I may have gone on an off day, but they refused to change the utensils for cross contamination so I had to get out of line and find somewhere else to eat. I do not recommend going here unless they change their stance. Very disappointed because the food looks amazing.
