we attempted to eat here but never actually ate our food. I felt so bad for the waitress because she really tried to accommodate but because there are language barriers with the chefs, all of our orders came out wrong and made use wonder if we actually had gluten free buns or not. We didn't chance it, cancelled our order and left. I wouldn't risk this place.
We ate here during a trip to NYC. The hostess was able to point out what was GF on the menu and took careful notes about what needed to be GF when she took our order. I ordered the brisket and it came out with a cup of beef jus. I questioned it, because a lot of times that kind of thing isn't GF. As it turns out, I was right - the server checked and said the jus wasn't gluten free. At that point I just stopped eating because I didn't have any confidence in the place. I didn't specifically ask them to take my meal off the bill, but they also didn't offer, so I ended up paying more than $20 for food that just went to waste and could have made me sick. I wouldn't feel safe eating here again.

The manager walked me through the menu for GF choices. Food was tasty. Staff was great. Will definitely be back next time I'm in NYC.
The server will be able to let you know what is gluten free. They have gf buns. We have tried their smokes meats and coleslaw which were delicious.
