The first day we ate here, Alex was our server and she was amazing, sweet and no one got sick(ordered pancakes). The second day our server was Ray. When I said the words “gluten free” he immediately rolled his eyes. My daughter who has celiac was served three pancakes, she ate the one in the middle because she said it was “softer” than the top and bottom ones. I should have known. She was violently ill within the hour and spent the rest of the day in bed with severe abdominal pain and vomiting. I complained to the manager who was very nice, offered to send security to our room to check on her and comped our meal for us the next morning with a different, competent server. I believe Ray did this on purpose. If you go to this restaurant avoid a server by the name of Ray, he is dangerous and horrible. By the way, he was still working there the next morning and it was all I could do not to do something cruel and dangerous to him.
They use the same essentials, it's not for celiac people!
