Amazing! Edamame, Wakame salad, some simple sushi rolls, 2 carafes of hot sake. Servers are knowledgeable about celiac and spoke with the kitchen about cross contamination. Delicious and safe :)

Servers are very knowledgeable about the menu and will give you tamari for the sushi! As for non-sushi, there is a small-ish amount of options but everything I tried was delicious.
