There was little here my celiac daughter could eat. The chips are cooked in-house in a fryer with everything else and they wouldn’t make her a quesadilla using corn tortillas. The only “safe” option was the tacos, and my daughter doesn’t eat meat so we left.
No
everything in this place is gluten free but the flour tortillas so yay! Chipotle rocks!
Eat there every couple weeks I usually get the shrimp trio and swap out the flour tortilla I generally have good luck maybe one out of 10 times something will not settle with me but it's probably just from the griddle not getting the cleaning requested

We came in and asked if they use a shared fryer for their chips and fries with anything wheat and they said it is shared. We then asked for the gf menu which most have and they couldn’t find it. The shift lead was then telling us everything is cooked with wheat like the chicken and even the rice saying the rice goes in the fryer too which doesn’t even make sense. They just wanted us to leave and wanted no liability. So we had to leave. Don’t waste your time.

Has a gluten friendly menu, didn’t know what celiac was but were super helpful when I explained and they were super patient for me, used tinfoil for the tortillas but we will see if I have a reaction

I have been coming here for years so asked for gluten free menu this time. The person at counter had no idea but the manager pulled out a printout of nutritional guide . It is also on Rubio’s website. I ordered the grilled salmon bowl w citrus rice and seemed fine.
