The waiter did not care - he did not pass any info onto the chef. No protocols were taken. I’d say it’s a 100% chance of cross contamination.
Gave us a sticky book to look up options on our own. Did not match up with what was on the menu.
Waiter did not care. I got sick. My family’s meals were wrong. My husband got the “ bottomless” salad without croutons. It came with croutons. The waiter never asked if he wanted more. Because we complained to the manager she did not charge us. But it doesn’t make up at all for our experience. If you have Celiac - DO NOT GO HERE.

The waitress was very helpful. She called over the manager, who checked ingredient lists for me and advised me what would be safest to eat.

Local chain restaurant, has a good burger and gluten free bun that I get all the time and never had a reaction to. There isn’t a dedicated fryer so I get the steamed broccoli as a side.

I Google the GF menu before coming in so I could somewhat prepare myself, which I'm glad I did, they did have a GF menu, but it took a while to get and was somewhat confusing to read, however when I ordered I said I was celiac and they did a great job making sure I was kept safe.
