Review of Ruby's Diner

When questioned about the fries the waitress said they were gluten free. Pressed further she said they were fried in the same fryer as breaded items but that "It's not a problem unless you're really sensitive." I ordered a Bleus Burger on a gluten-free roll with a side salad in place of fries. I'm not sure if I got a regular roll or if there was a cross contamination issue, but within an hour I was very ill. I would not recommend eating here if you are gluten intolerant or Celiac.
