Gluten free meat options were okay but not much side options. Big and busy restaurant but not much gluten free alternatives in the region.
No gluten free menu. Waiter very helpful. Had grilled chicken with bacon and Swiss without the bun. Pretty good. They are very busy so wait time was kind of long.
I was able to find items in the buffet that were naturally gluten free (to my knowledge) but good here is mediocre at best and they aren't prepared to handle gluten free. The town as a whole isn't gf friendly. I'd pack in food for a day trip to Bryce Canyon.
They clearly state the restaurant is not Gluten free right on the menu. It seems as though all restaurants in town are operated by same owner. Not easy to eat in this town.
