All meats are good and so are beans and slaw. Just ensure no bread. Sissy sauce is also good. Love it. Brisket stuffed potato awesome
I always get the stuffed brisket potato and have never had any problems. Love eating here!
Never had a bad reaction here with any meat. Make sure to let them know you're Celiac. Great place to get breakfast "tacos" in a cup!
This location has always been great with my gluten restrictions. I'm celiac and haven't gotten sick once, and I visit frequently. They are knowledgeable about gf items and have a gf list/menu for review. They will even get a new cutting board if asked.
Do Not eat here!!! I became severely ill within 10 minutes of swallowing my first bite. This is Not a gluten free friendly restaurant. Other locations have decent reviews but I would warn to not eat at any of them.

There is a detailed allergen menu online. Make sure you tell them you are celiac. They change gloves. Make sure you tell them not to split the potato.
Stopped in after a day in the mountains. We had brisket and jalapeño cheddar sausage with beans. Originally from Texas we have expectations for our BBQ and Rudy’s did not disappoint. Menu specific notes GF items. We didn’t want to use the sauce that is on the table for everyone because of contamination worries. A woman cleaning tables overheard us discussing this and she brought out single serve sauce packets. Great service, family friendly atmosphere, good BBQ.
My wife has a severe gluten allergy. We seen good reviews and they did not disappoint. I don’t think the person up front knew what gluten was (she asked if we needed wheat bread after we ordered) but all the meats I believe are GF. I was worried about cross contamination but my wife did fine. The GF “menu” or chart is online not in stores. Brisket was good but the ribs are better in our opinion! Try it out if you in the area!
