We’ve ordered Rudy’s for two of my visits to Waco and I’ve had a great experience both times. Yummy, safe food. Just avoid the creamed corn and pulled pork because they have gluten.

Awesome food, turkey was great. Husband said best BBQ he can remember. Sissy sauce great and labeled GF. We had brisket, chicken, turkey, corn on the Cobb and 3-bean salad. You want to go here!!!

Delicious barbecue. Everything is alacarte. We did brisket and turkey probably the best we ever had, along with side of coleslaw and potato salad. Would go back. It is noisy and bar like atmosphere but we ate at picnic table in adjacent room and just enjoyed our meal.

When ordering online for pickup or curbside I included a note that our son has Celiac Disease. They called me and said everything would be cut on a separate clean board with a clean knife. They also swapped us out for one item I ordered incorrectly that had gluten. We were beyond impressed! The only items that have gluten are the creamed corn and pulled pork from the Au Jus.

Best barbecue around! GF menu with most meats GF, most sides are also GF. Had chicken, spare ribs, barbecue sauces are also GF. Potato salad is amazing!

Awesome customer service. They changed out the cutting board, cutting utensils, and even the meat for a fresh piece to slice from. No issues whatsover for anyone in the family. and their menu is labeled really well online with all the main allergies. Very grateful

Staff was knowledgeable about celiac needs. They cut my meat out of a fresh piece of meat on a separate surface with a clean knife. Sauces are marked on the bottle as gluten free.

Lots of gluten free options on a gluten menu. Most meat, several sides and the bbq sauce all GF. Nice rustic atmosphere.

the meats are gluten free. just make sure they dont give you any bread or put it anywhere near the meat. They dont touch meat with hands so gloves are not an issue. quick and reliable for celiac

Wasn’t terribly hungry so just requested two slices of the turkey breast and a small container of their coleslaw, both were indicated as gluten free. I did not feel good the next day, mild symptoms of being glutened. I believe there was some cross-contamination.

Rudy’s now has gluten free buns for their bbq sandwiches! They are very good and don’t fall apart which is a plus. All of their bbq sauces are also certified gf
