Review of Rudy's

I always have a good dining experience experience at Rudy's. They take gluten free issues seriously and they are happy to comply with requests such as changing gloves and cleaning their work space.

The only barbecue that isn't gluten free is pulled pork. Their sauces are also gluten free, as well as most of their sides, which have ingredients and allergens printed on the containers. They include slices of bread with every meal, so be sure to tell them to leave it off.
