Delicious egg salad sandwich with avocado, that's definitely the way to go. They have a number of options and also sell snacks like a store front

Gf menu seemed very limited, so I got the veggie chili, which was just ok, but seems it was safe. Only realized afterwards that I could have had a sandwich or wrap. The Poke is not gf, so do not go here for Poke.

I usually get the egg salad with avocado sandwich. They also have some gf snacks and granola bars.

Spicy tuna salad is GF. The miso soup is NOT!

Picked up a toasted GF turkey sandwich for my hubby and he loved it. Very small selection of grocery items, but I was able to get him a bag of Barbara's cheese puffs as well. This place is quite literally a hole in the wall! Nice staff.

Had the "bean veg burrito", it was terrible!!! No beans in it smothered in veggie chili, super strange combo of flavors, opened the burrito to find it was all lettuce and a couple pieces of avocado, no cheese either. Basically a giant disappointment. Workers were nice and knew what gluten free was but the food was sad. I didn't get sick but didn't enjoy it either!

Warning: this is written by a Celiac who NEVER eats sandwiches, even gluten free ones. First, the prices are right (from NYC ao everything here feels cheap). Second. The staff is so kind, clear and knowledgeable about Celiac. Had the egg salad avocado and the tuna salad avocado sandwiches and I swear to god they were thee best sandwiches I have ever had! Going to eat here again for sure!

I'm a celiac, so GF is not optional for me. Good food, multiple choices on a GF menu. Hole in the wall, so this is not a swanky place, but I loved it. Guy behind the counter knew his stuff, so thumbs up on this one

The food was good, but the person at the counter didn't even know what gluten free meant. She told us the sandwich wasn't gluten free because it contained mayo, and she seemed clueless about whether or not the bowls were gluten free. Very frustrating.

Great place near Marriott and Hilton hotel. Egg salad sandwich was delicious and gf bread was awesome. Great selection of gf and natural snacks.

Good selection for both gluten free and vegan. Hearty meal that fills you up and leaves you satisfied.

This place saved my vacation! Sandwiches for the beach and salads for lunch we're great.

A great little store that makes sandwiches, burritos, and bowls. Understad gf, and had gf bread. Food was great!

Great GF place in Waikiki, also have lots of vegan and vegetarian choices. Gf bread available, just tell them when you order that you're gf and they take special care not to contaminate. Delicious and safe option! Small market on site as well you can buy gf snacks.
