Excellent place to find gluten free smoothies and bowls. All their base for bowls are smoothies are fruits and veggies so no gluten in there. No chance of cross contamination either. They keep their udi’s gluten free granola covered at all times. They offer gluten free oats as well if you mention it to them you are gluten free. If you are allergic to peanuts, they have s dedicated blender that is peanut free. But their peanut butter they blend fresh every day is to die for. Staff is super friendly and will adjust any bowl or smoothie to fit your dietary needs. They have soy, almond and coconut milk if you are dairy free. Very delicious acai bowls and smoothies and superb service. Definitely give this place a try when you are in Hartford. They are at s great location in front street, by uconn.
The owner and staff are SO incredibly kind! We love açaí bowls and fruit smoothies and this place is sooooooo yummy! They grind their own fresh peanut butter on site and the bowls are the best I have ever had (and we have been to many places)! You have to ask for gf granola but they have it. They offer regular (hemp one) which is gf but not certified. Made in a facility that processed wheat as well. Always ask for udi’s gf granola and also oats just go be on the safe side!!
Amazing smoothie place that not only offers gf options, but also made me a new bowl after I had forgotten to ask for gf granola.

I think the bowls are generally GF as far as the obvious things like the fruit that goes in. The granola is made in a shared facility. My tummy is telling me I should have skipped out on that one. I think I’d try again and just take my own granola to drop in it. I’m not sure how many opportunities there are for cross contamination but you can watch them prepare everything. Their bowls are super tasty and also pricey at $10 a bowl though they are big portion.

Tried this expecting it to be similar to Jamba Juice. it did not give me Gluten exposure but it tasted like garbage. How do you use mostly fruit and have it come out bland, unsweet, and 3x the cost?
