Gluten free bagel was available, and tasty! They said they have a separate toaster for gluten free items, and specifically noted on the order that I had a gluten allergy.
Yes
I asked about GF options and cross contamination. Each person I spoke to seemed knowledgeable about gluten and appeared to know about celiac. They use a different toaster for their GF bagels (which I thought were great!) and was told that they prepare the GF foods in a particular area of the kitchen. Feeling good half an hour post meal!
Yes
They only have frozen GF bagels. The lox and cream cheese looked delicious.
I found the staff to be very dismissive of my allergy. In fact when I asked if a dressing was gluten free the one of the staff members chuckled at me. I ended up getting extremely sick after eating at this restaurant.
No
Not only do they have gluten free bagels and gluten free "rye bread" -- they have a dedicated toaster for their gluten free bread! I was truly able to enjoy lox and bagels with my family.
