They have never given me a hard time about being gluten free - and are always happy to make any sort of accommodation. So many options!!

Delicious. I told the server I had celiac and was given separate gf menu. Many gf choices including salads, and Mexican food. They also has fresh juices. I had fresh carrot juice ( it helps my gluten symptoms as I was glutenized the night before) I had chicken twocos and one was filling! Did not get sick!!!

Great option for GF and nonGF alike. An amazingly large variety of GF options. Far beyond the usual boring GF fare and with extensive variety. Plus lots of creative salads, sandwiches, wraps and vegetarian favorites. Absolutely amazing GF monster cookie for dessert! I was surprised to see a large GF, dairy free (and lots of other free) cookbook on display right in the foyer. The group I came with was quite impressed with both food and service. Definitely a must try.

Ruta's is wonderful. It's good food, the service is great, and you will make friends with the people who work there; as sporadic of a customer as I am, the waitresses know me and we enjoy talking when I go in there. While they are very careful if you remember to tell them you're gluten free, their food does not always agree with me. I am extremely sensitive to oats, gluten free or not, and that's usually what gives me trouble. But their selection of gluten free foods will leave you happy.

No specific gluten free menu. No GF options pointed out on their menu. But all it takes is a conversation with their staff to figure out options. Luckily I got a SUPER helpful and informed staff member (go Annie!) who was able to point me in the right direction and offer substitutes. I’m sure each visit will be different depending on who helps you. Best of luck!

Great place to eat with my gluten free mom and wife. Wife is dairy free also. Tustin the best but I have been to all. They are very helpful and the food is home-cooked great!

There wasn't a real gluten free options for kids, staff was rude and dismissive of my questions as I tried to figure out what I could safely feed my son ( he got stuck with roiled up deli meat) and my own meal was not good. I've heard good things about other locations so maybe there just needs to be an overhaul of the staff at this location.

Have eaten here in the past, but when I went there a couple of weeks ago, they told me that they do NOT have anything that is gluten free. I asked for the manager and she told me the same thing. When I said that I had ordered from a GlutenFree menu several time before, she told me she had been there for five years and they had NEVER had a gluten free menu!

Walked in and asked for a gluten free menu for my sister and the waitress was completely wishy-washy about the options. They do NOT have a GF menu and she told us "you know what is and isn't gf so you can do the math" when I told her my sister has celiac and can't have cross contamination, she replied "we'll do the best we can but can't promise anything" beware before going here!
