2 Celiacs, I barely tolerate dairy, can’t tolerate any CC; GF menu, wine and cocktails. All steaks, shrimp, most salads, most sides are or can be made GF. The chef made the sweet potato dish GF for our table. It does have butter. Steak can be DF and was served without butter for me; broccoli and salad could be DF. GF chocolate cake which tasted like smooth fudge and cream brûlée both were GF in addition to ice cream and sorbet. We had 2-4 servers, the table had bread crumbs and one server set desert forks on the wiped off table cloth. They brought fresh when requested. The servers noted our GF requests, but it was the chef that really seemed to know what they were doing. The server confirmed salad was made in own area as it was served, and Chef adjusted the SP just for us. Everything was delicious, and I haven’t been sick even with the table spoon of sweet potatoes and a taste of desert. If only they had a GF/DF bread...
