So expensive! Super good steak though.
The staff was aware of what precautions to take for celiacs. I felt very comfortable eating there and it was great food. They even had gluten free bread. I will definitely go back!

Great meal and felt safe. Separate GF menu and also yummy GF rolls.

Outstanding meal. Servers were knowledgeable and helpful. Steak was cooked perfectly. Most of the sides are GF. GF Chocolate cake was amazing. Would return.

Server was knowledgeable and reassuring, food was very good, they cooked my steak as well as I asked. The loaded baked potato could have had a few more toppings, but the potato itself was huge.

I had the cowboy ribeye and green beans (all GF and DF. I tested the steak and green beans with my nima sensor and came back just fine). The waiter was professional and a little knowledgeable about gluten. If he didn't know, he asked the chef. He didn't seem annoyed at all. Great food, atmosphere and wait staff.

I called ahead and asked about Celiac and they were well aware. The waitress didn’t know about Celiac, but asked the chef personally and then was well aware about gluten free procedures. I got the steak, no butter, and crème brûlée. Absolutely delicious. There is a gluten free menu online. I didn’t get any gluten free bread, unsure if they even have it. Overall great experience. I’m very nervous at new places, but I’d trust them for ordering simple items. I’m not sure about anything else without asking for questions from them. Overall I’d probably go back though!

My husband has eaten at multiple locations of Ruth’s Chris, including the one in San Francisco and San Diego. I’d never been to one. We were so looking forward to our meal at the Vegas location, unfortunately it was disappointing and certainly not worth the cost. We made 5pm reservation to have dinner before a 7pm show. We checked in at the desk and were told to wait until our name was called. We waited 23 minutes before we were seated even though the place was almost empty. Over 10 people who came in after us were seated before us. We checked in at the desk again and they were puzzled and it took them another 5 minutes to locate our reservation. The sullen hostess barely offered an apology and seemed annoyed. Eventually a waitress showed up at our table, her behavior and demeanor would have been more appropriate at a fast food diner, rather than a “fine-dining” steakhouse. I had to ask for a gluten free menu ( celiac disease was noted in my reservation). When I asked a few questions about items on the gluten free menu the waitress interrupted me and pushed back in a tone more appropriate to a school yard bully “I don’t know nothing about gluten. I don’t even know what that is. Do you have a problem with parsley, butter, and garlic?” That made me feel less than safe. We waited for our food for such a long time that a couple seated just before us finished their dessert before our dinner arrived. The Brussels spouts were completely inedible, burnt and mushy. If we had time, we would have sent them back, instead we just didn’t eat them, waste of food & money. The baked potato we shared was fine. The wine bottle we ordered was ok but with a lot of sediment. The filet was cooked as expected but not so stellar it could not make up for the other deficits of the meal. I don’t recommend Ruth’s Chris in Vegas, it is not worth the expense or time, the service is decidedly lack luster (my husband was appalled by the service), the Brussels sprouts were inedible, the rest of the food we ordered was just okay and decor is some what faded & dated. While I did not have a violent gluten reaction, I did have some GI tract issues after the meal. Spend your Money elsewhere!
