BEST poke we have ever had! Ry and his wife were the sweetest and love how happy so many of us get when we have options and can actually eat the food! Had the garlic poke bowl and I will have dreams about it!

A safe experience for celiacs! Ry's poke is so delicious and made fresh to order. He has tamari and understands about cross contamination. Each poke dish is made fresh with whichever seasonings/style you choose. He is able to help guide you with what on the menu is or isn't gf or what can/can't be made gf. I had an excellent experience here and went back 4 times during our trip! I don't even typically enjoy seafood but this was out of this world fresh. Ry is also so nice and friendly I was happy to support his business!

2023 update : have been to Ry's many times and he never disappoints with his amazingly fresh poke and gluten free modifications. I have never gotten sick eating here as a celiac! Highly recommend!!

Ry's is awesome, I had the poke bowl with ginger, they were very knowledgeable about what could and couldn't be made GF. They have tamari in place of soy sauce too. Great place, I would eat here again for sure.

Love this place! The owner’s wife cooks everything right there in the truck so they know how everything is made! There are so many options (only about 3? that aren’t safe) and they can definitely help you out. They also use a GF soy sauce if you ask.

Made fresh to order. They were very understanding of gf and swapped out the soy sauce with gf and used a clean mixing bowl. It tasted great!
