This restaurant is famous for its incredible views of the Mediterranean, it’s paella, and using an authentic wood fire to cook the seafood. My husband and I are both celiac, I am dairy free, and he has a seafood allergy. The server was very knowledgeable (not a dedicated fryer, the paella uses a spice blend that has wheat in it, there is butter in that, etc). So, we did not get sick, I had grilled prawns and he had grilled vegetables. So I give it 3 stars that we didn’t get sick, and the views are incredible. But we were super disappointed at how narrow the menu became once we mentioned a gluten allergy. There were only four possible menu options.
