I was here last week and had an aweful experience. They used to be gluten free but no longer. All of their proteins, except the chicken, are marinated in soy sauce. Be careful because thier menu still says all pho and bowls are gluten free but they aren't. Also, none of their sauces are gluten free.
Had a really nice lunch here of house cured salmon on bed of rice noodles and vegetables. Reasonably priced for quality of the good under $10 with beverage.. Lunch only. Vietnamese owner owns Kingston Station restaurant. Told me they deliberately set out to make items without gluten and the only gluten item was the sandwich bread for the bahn mei.. Noodles in Pho and in Salads are Rice Noodles They use Gluten Free Soy and The asian pork meatballs are soy free as is the salmon. No MSG. They haven't advertised the gluten free menu so I would continue to ask but the staff was helpful on the day I was there.
