Very accommodating. Gf options are well known by the staff.

Unfortunately the pasta wasn’t cooked very well. Most pieces were hard and difficult to chew. Oh well.

Sabatino's has been a favorite of mine since childhood, but as I can no longer eat gluten, I was concerned I would not be able to continue eating there. Not the case! Our server, Kitty, was fantastic about pointing out the options I had, and as much of the food is handmade, there are many options. Their gluten free pasta is penne, but with the variety of sauces it really works well.
