Sabor Tacos Truck

While the staff wasn’t familiar with “gluten free”, they were totally helpful and patient with all of my questions. So far all I’ve had was a steak taco, which was even better than expected. I was asking them if their churros are fried in the same fryer as the fries, and they informed me they no longer carry churros and don’t intend to! The only things that go in their fryer are French fries, tortilla chips, and tostada shells. I’m so excited to come back here for fried things! They confirmed that all of their meats are gluten free as well.
