I’ve eaten here several times and have always had a good experience. The owners wife is celiac and in my experience, all the staff are very knowledgeable and they do take it seriously. Just ask and they will be happy to accommodate!

I’ve been going to Sages for years. I have Celiac and have always had a great experience. The owners wife has Celiac, she implemented a GF menu back in 2008 and I know a lot of fellow friends who eat GF eat here. Not only do they have a separate GF menu, they have a lot of nice choices. The waiters seem to be very knowledgeable about GF. My go to dish is the Wild Salmon or the Pork Saltimboca. Just be sure to tell the waiter your GF and I think you will like it as much as I do.

Ordered a caprese salad and asked for server to take note of celiac. He looked and me and shook his head and said no need, there is no gluten in that. He wasn’t super friendly. I won’t be back.

I went for their dinner service recently, it was amazing. On the back page of their menu, they list all of the gluten free options and say that when you order, you should specify that you’re ordering from the gluten free menu. The server was incredibly nice and helpful. They told me that they use a different counter space and different tools for the gluten free options, but they cannot completely guarantee that there is no cross contamination, as it’s all in the same kitchen. The server also said that the bread for the table is not gluten free, and then asked if it was okay if they still brought it out. I thought it was very sweet that they asked.
It was on the pricey side, but the food was amazing and totally worth it. As for any cross contamination, I have celiacs and I was fine afterwards.

Excellent service and meal. Big gluten free menu on back of regular menu, and your food comes out with little stick that says gluten free. All meals are prepared in clean pan. And the after dinner mint chocolates are gf as well!! A great date night!!

A dedicated gluten free/celiac friendly menu. The chef's wife has celiacs, so they are serious about this. They offer a gluten free menu with many delicious options.

Large GF menu options on the back. They acknowledge avoiding cross contamination and my meal can out with a small wood stake confirming my meal was "gluten free".
Delicious!

Excellent food, service and upscale atmosphere. This is our go to date night or special occasion place. They offer wide variety of main dishes, dessert, and great wine selection. It's a bit pricey but worth it.
Amazing food and service! Fresh, friendly, delicious.

When asked about their pasta dishes - they said yes they are thinking about expanding to gluten free pasta.

AMAZING! Any date night or big event come here! They do not sacrifice taste because you are gf.
One of THE best GF dinners I've had in the Seattle area. Wonderful people and excellent food. I will be back many times.
One word for the food here: superb! They call it "rustic Italian," and they have a great variety of dishes from pastas to pork, chicken and salmon. Everything looked great so it was hard to decide what to order. I had the pork medallions Marsala and my husband had the salmon piccata--both cooked perfectly and delicious.
Be aware that although they have a GF menu here, that does not include any pasta dishes. They don't serve a GF pasta. For those who can eat it though, the gnocchi and the clam linguine looked good (sniffle).
Highly recommend, GF or not. A little expensive but worth it.
