Common to most Chinese restaurants, they use a shared wok that is also used to make gluten-containing food. If you are celiac like me, I cannot recommend eating here. Now named Saigon Panda.

This is a great family owned restaurant. They are very accommodating and will adapt dishes to be GF. The Pho’ is amazing!

Not a lot on the menu that's gluten free but the food is tasty; and if you ask they will modify things like their Chicken curry to be GF. That and the Sugarcane Shrimp with rice are my favorites.
