I always ask for the Pho (chicken noodle soup) gluten free. It's delicious and I'm never disappointed. Just went a week ago and one of the owners waited on us. She is good about making sure it's gluten free. Just make sure you say you need it to be gluten free.

great food very friendly service and welcoming to all my questions. I've had the orange chicken and the 122a Spicy Beef Soup and both were delicious with no repercussions later. I highly recommend coming here. I've eaten here several times without being sick, however a newer employee explained the risk for cross contamination was greater than previously lead to believe. However I have eaten here 10+ times, with Celiac and had no issues, just make it clear that you have celiac or a gluten intolerance and you will *likely* be okay.
I got two completely different answers from 2 employees when asking about gf options. They both sounded confident, and both answers sounded rehearsed, but they had know idea what they were talking about. Orange chicken is fried in same fryer, so is NOT gluten free. Heard another diner ask if their meal was actually gf because they had heard conflicting info from staff from what she heard them tell me, and I doubt that it was.

Went to try the orange chicken after reading other reviews. Went there and was told chicken was fried in the same fryer as other glutinous items. That was disappointing...but our server was very knowledgeable about the other items I could have so I'm giving them 3 stars for that reason.
I went out of my way to go to this restaurant because I saw reviews on Find Me Gluten Free that said that the orange chicken was safe (orange chicken is something I loved in my pre-celiac days but haven't had in over 10 years). Unfortunately, upon getting to restaurant, I was told that that wasn't the case; the orange chicken is cooked in the same fryer with gluten-containing items, so it's cross-contaminated. I asked if there was any way for it to be made gluten free and was told no. I'm giving two stars because they did have some soup and some spring rolls that were 100% gluten free, but I wanted to leave a review so my fellow celiacs don't go there thinking they can have orange chicken like I did. Soup and so-so spring rolls aren't really enough for me to go back, unfortunately. Thankfully, the folks working there were helpful in knowing what I could had couldn't have.

They are very knowledgeable and they have busy but good staffing
Yes
very knowledgeable about gluten free foods.
The staff was pretty helpful although not to interested in making me enjoy the visit but I basically had what it looks like everyone else enjoyed. Orange chicken spring rolls and shrimp chips. My hubby and I split everything so it was nice to try it all in one trip. Despite the waiter we will still go back again.
This place was awesome! Had the orange Chicken gluten free, Vietnamese friend rolls in rice paper, and I believe they were called shrim chips. I look forward to checking this place out again!

The owners are amazing people, if you are gf, vegan, vegetarian, or seafood or meat lover, this is a must try. I eat here about once per week and have been doing so for the past 6 years. Ask for Susan's gf orange chicken or shrimp, absolute heaven even for those who are not GF.

The owners are gluten free knowledgeable. A lot of their menu is naturally gluten free is and what is not, they can sometimes adjust and make it GF. The food is amazing!!! Whether you order the GF or normal, to me it is the best restaurant in the area! The prices are reasonable and the place always looks clean. We have been going often because I know I will not get sick. The service is friendly and fast, although getting the food sometimes takes a bit of time. Everything is freshly made and the vegetables are always fresh and never ever overdone. I hate mushy vegetables. I highly recommend it.
