We went to saint leo thinking they had gluten free crust for their pizzas (they do not) but still had a good meal. the manager (logan) went out of his way to accommodate us, and even comped our appetizers. that said, the servers were not super knowledgable about gluten free eating, so definitely ask for clarity.
Not much of the menu is gluten free but the few items that are, are delicious! The steak salad was great. The server told me the salads, the large entrees, and the chickpea appetizer are GF. He also told me they could edit that nights special to be GF.
Edit: forgot about their weekend brunch! Also pretty few options, but really tasty. Food comes out marked GF.
