Review of Saison

Saison has more gluten-free options than any of the other god-forsaken restaurants in Terminal C. That being said, the tablet ordering process does not enable you to communicate allergies without flagging a manager down. Several menu items (steaks mostly) are labeled gluten free but come with fries that I confirmed are not from a dedicated fryer. Eating here safely will take some effort.
