Saj Mediterranean Grill

No dedicated GF menu. The person behind the counter wasn't clear about what celiac is, but my family was hungry so I decided to risk it. I asked if they could use the products that weren't in their table because there was obviously cross contamination. They did that but I still got glutened.

Staff is very knowledgeable. Just ask them to change their gloves.

Love this place! I get the chicken plate with rice, hummus and cabbage salad. All of the meals come with pita, I pass mine along to my fiancé.

Went to check it out and it was all cross contaminated by the employees working. Used utensils to wipe the pita bread and put back into the hummus. No thanks you

It was later in the evening, we were out of town, and my gluten-free dinner had mistakenly been forgotten. We were hurrying home and needed a fast option. The people at Saj were very helpful and seemed knowledgable about gluten free options--the company line is that all but four items are gluten free. I thought the hummus was delicious, and it helped me get through the hours before we made it home.
