I was thrilled with my experience from this restaurant. The menu only lists a few items as gluten free but notes that most items can be made that way. After calling and speaking with staff, I felt comfortable with placing an order. Almost any roll can be made gluten free - except deep fried rolls. I made sure to note with each roll to make gluten free on the online order but there were so many rolls, including spicy crab, tuna, and salmon that were available. Non-gluten free rolls were packaged separately and labeled and all rolls were labeled. I was thrilled with this restaurant and will frequent when in the Minneapolis area!

GF and GF by Request items were marked on the menu. Staff was knowledgeable and even called out that the chicken satay we wanted to order was marked GF but shared a fryer with gluten items. Felt safe and taken care of. Food quality was also good enough that we think we’d go back again.

They are very knowledgeable and willing to accommodate. I ordered to go, and they were very responsive and walked me through their precautions. They also offered to make basically whatever roll I wanted, even if it wasn’t on their menu. They easily packaged everything separately and provided gluten free soy sauce. Best part? It was delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

Love the curry and the outdoor dining option in nice weather. If doing take-out, review your order carefully as it’s often wrong or missing something. Service is hit or miss. We waited at our table one night for over 30 minutes and a waiter never came by to greet us or offer drinks, even though three different ones passed by regularly. Eventually, we walked out. But, we still go here because the food is delicious—we just know to expect a bit of an ordeal. Hopefully the staffing issues will improve.

The Wayzata location is amazing!! I’ve eaten here several times and have never had a problem! Great with substitutions and very knowledgeable about what is gluten free! The menu is even labeled w GF and they can change items to be gluten free!

Have gone to the Wayzata location many times and they are very knowledgeable on what contains gluten and doesn’t. I’m a celiac who is very sensitive to gluten and have never had a reaction!

Theses people have poisoned me x 3 with gluten at the Saint Paul Location.... I would give Zero stars if I could. I loved this restaurant. I looked back and we've spent a ton of money with them. The sushi is good and the ingredients are fresh. I am Celiac and they have contaminated my last three orders. The first delivery was comped, thanks after I got sick and after arguing with management. The second one I brought to their attention while we ate in the restaurant and I did not ask for anything in return. The wait staff simply shrugged her shoulders and walked away. This time I ordered gluten free Pad Thai and received a dish with Lo mein noodles and no peanuts, cilantro, or lime. I called and asked for a replacement for the delivery. I suggested they come and get the wrong food and bring the correct order. The management said "you guys keep trying to get free food". I said they could come and get the wrong food and he said NO. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT who does not take ownership of their mistakes!!!

Sushi. No GF menu, but knowledgable staff. GF tamari available on request. Was impressed with the quality of the food - very casual place. Good drink selection.
