The menu says nothing about GF items. The hostess was pretty clueless and advised me to talk to one of the waiters. The waiters weren't much more knowledgeable, occasionally guessing as to whether a particular item was GF or not. The waiters consulted with the sushi chefs, and then we all finally came to an agreement about what I could and couldn't eat. Off limits were anything spicy, anything fried, tempura, and anything with crab. They went back and forth about the gluten content of the imitation crab, but they were out of the real crab. When it was all said and done, we figured out what I could order, and I had no ill effects afterwards. It was a challenge at first, but with a lot of perseverance, it all worked out.
