Gluten free menu upon request with many options. The sweet potato noodles were great! Large portions!

It was my dad's birthday and he wanted sushi. I am the only GF in the family so it can make going out to eat hard. Found this place actually on Yelp, but this place is amazing! Very knowledgeable and good service. Lots of options. I am a non celiac gluten allergy and don't have much issues with cross contamination so a celiac should be careful, but the staff strived to keep it as safe as they can. Non GF family was very happy with the food. We would go again if in the area.

I ordered from here many times, but my last attempted order they informed me they are no longer offering gluten free. Such a bummer.

This place was amazing! Our server was very knowledgeable and so nice! They only use GF soy sauce in their kitchen so that makes so many more options available. I had several sushi rolls and my kids had the (always GF) fried rice and a noodle dish. We were all so delighted with the excellent food! My husband who isn’t GF loved everything he had also! The owner was super nice and gave my kids milkshakes. They also had signs supporting first responders. Gotta love that! Definitely would go back!

I called and spoke with the manager to place my order. He mentioned they are not certified and they have regulars that are celiac that come in but new celiac customers make him a little nervous. That made me feel a little better, it’s nervous for me to eat out too! Very knowledgeable. I’ve extremely sensitive and will react very severely within 2.5 hours of eating. I’ll update if I’m taken down but so far so good. I haven’t had sushi or bibbinbob in a long time. Hit the spot!!!

They have a whole gluten free menu including sushi. I had the Bulgogi Plus which was delicious as well as the Sunday Morning, Shrimp Tempura, and California rolls. All were very good! They had gluten free soy sauce and the sauce for the Bulgogi bowl was also gluten free. I have celiac and am very sensitive and did not get sick at all! Highly recommend and will be returning!

Went for first time tonight. As a very sensitive celiac, I can tell within an hour if I am sick. Park is very knowledgeable, even offered me a kitchen tour! They have a dedicated fryer for GF tempura/deep fried rolls, GF soy sauce and GF crab stick! Needless to say, I will be returning soon! Update 9/2017- there is no longer a dedicated GF fryer. There is still a great GF menu and many options. Still have never gotten sick & we visit often. Update 2/2019- still one of my favorites! Never been sick. Will pan fry any roll upon request.

Wonderful food! Our family is visiting Kentucky on vacation and finding Celiac friendly places are always a challenge.
They were very attentive and understood our concerns and make sure all of our daughter's food was handled with care.
I only wish we lived closer so we could return.
They even gave the kids a lesson on how to use the chop sticks:)
5 Stars!

I love the food and the Staff. I know they're celiac friendly because I personally was the inspiration behind the menu. We are good friends and always feel like family. I recommend the hot stone bowl and jap Che

Chef came out when we asked about gluten free options. Wide selection including rice noodles and various sauces. GF products being used are posted on their bulletin board.
It was amazing to have a whole menu of options to eat. I was thoroughly impressed and ordered far more food than I could eat because I had to try it all. The chef visited us multiple times too ensure we saw all the great options and to assure us we were safe.
GF menu is available for both Sushi rolls and kitchen menu. Very friendly set up for GF with all soy sauce in the dining area is already GF. Menu itself is self explanatory. No more hassles asking back and forth to make sure ingredients are GF.
