My wife and I were staying in State College and looking for good takeout. Sakura was nearby, so we decided to give them a try, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The staff was very knowledgeable about both gluten and dairy allergies and which of their menu items could be prepared without either. The answer is much of their menu, though some require being served without the typical sauce. It looks like a hole-in-the-wall type place, but in our experience, the sushi and the fish itself was higher quality than some of the bigger, more known restaurants in the area. Highly recommend.
