all soups are made from scratch & are Gluten Free. They also have a list of all their gluten free dressings & gluten free potato chips. The staff is really friendly & everything is prepared right in front of you so you Know there is no contamination of your food & can ask for any changes to a salad that might have croutons on it. Gluten free pasta if you ask them!
