They have put GF stickers on everything, so you know. Also, have no problem changing gloves on request. Great choices for salad, I go often.
Yes
Made to order delicious salads - you pick the ingredients.
Most ingredients are GF to begin with except the obvious ones, and there is an allergen info document on their corporate website. The only pitfall is that the last staff member in the assembly line puts huge croutons on the salads of those who ask for them, so if you're not on the ball he'll start handling your salad with gloves contaminated by prior customers' croutons. Be advised.

Ingredients are labeled if gluten free. The bread and croutons are in a separate area at the end of the line. All salads are mixed in their own bowls

The staff member at the front seemed a little unsure so immediately grabbed someone else who was confident it their allergen protocol. They immediately changed gloves and pulled some ingredients directly from fresh containers under the counter. In other cases, since I had the allergen list pulled up on the app, asked me if the surrounding ingredients already on the line had gluten in case something fell into them. Tasty, nutrtious, and easy. This location also allows ordering ahead through the app and provides a place to note allergy needs. It is also only 0.3 miles from the convention center, which doesn't allow outside food, so could be a good option for attendees.

Loved it! All of the gluten-free toppings are at the front of the line, so avoiding cross contamination was easy. They use a clean bowl and tongs to mix each salad.
