They are certified Gluten free, let them know when you walk into the door. They make every effort to make sure you are not cross contaminated. New comment...the workers on this day 8/5/20 did not change their gloves and was grabbing the items with their hands instead of using the spoons in the bowls. Talked to the manager on duty, she didn't act to concerned. Not thinking I will be back 😕

A chipotle-style build your own salad place. Nearly everything is GF. All the dressings are GF. Things are labeled right in front of you so it's easy to order. And when I told them i was celiac they all washed hands and switched gloves without me even asking. Salad was great and service was too.

Dropped in right at lunch and informed them I was celiac. They used new gloves and picked goods from the original container versus the open bar. They were very respectful of my needs!

Staff was very careful with putting together my salad bowl. Changed gloves and kept the bowl all the way down the line vs passing it to the other staff.
