The staff was friendly. The location was cute. The menu was awesome. It took a good while for the food to come out, but not a reason not to go. My niece and l loved the food and the whole experience. Will definitely go back whenever I'm in town.

Great breakfast w gf toast but the best thing was the strawberry lemon poppyseed scone I saved for later. Best scone I’ve ever had. And the person from England to whom I gave the other one I bought thought it was delicious as well.

If this were Yelp, I’d give a 5-Star, but since it’s FMGF, I have to give it a 2 due to safety concerns. Staff very knowledgeable and good tastes great BUT most items marked GF are cross contaminated

The good: The toast and waffle have their own toaster and waffle iron, respectively and, although generally customers get their own silverware, they brought my celiac son his own set from the back with his meal.

The bad: the GF tortillas are warmed on the same grill as the normal tortillas. Although GF bread has its own toaster, they then put it in a shared panini press. And our suggestions (tin foil on grill etc) weren’t accommodated. Even bacon and is grilled on shared grill. We specifically came here for our celiac adult son who sadly was ONLY able to safely eat a waffle for breakfast despite his desire for something savory.

Great place to meet with friends. Very gluten friendly conscious. Favorite gf breakfast in SLO. Some of my non-Celiac friends even tried the gf options and loved them.

We had a delicious GF breakfast burrito and GF toast. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable of celiac needs! Highly recommend!

We had two AMAZING breakfast plates. Including gluten free dairy free breakfast burrito (eggs, kale, sausage, delicious GF tortilla) They were super knowledgeable and cooked our eggs in oil instead of butter. The lattes were amazing. I would 10/10 recommend.

Symptomatic Celiac

Very nice, understanding, patient and helpful staff. They even made sure to prepare the gf food seperately. The food was great. We had a gf tortilla wrap, oat yoghurt with gf granola, a gf chocolate donut and a tea with gf oat milk. They also had a lot of other options. So happy :) We‘ll come again.
