Crust definitely tasted GF but was thicker than usual. It was cooked/served on a separate pan but the oven is shared. I did not get sick (I usually get sick with cross-contact but not shared kitchens).

Went to Sal’s and got a gluten free cheese pizza. It tastes nearly identical to a gluten pizza with a fluffy and crispy crust. They serve it on a separate platter so there is no cross contamination.

Very delicious gluten-free crust! I ordered "extra crispy" and highly recommend it. Delivery was sooner than expected! No bad reaction either, so likely no cross-contamination.
