I was informed of everything that touched the grill that could end *possibly* be cross contaminated.
I ate the Molca Bowl with Barbacoa & grilled onions + jalapeños. All of the chips are entirely gluten free, dedicated fryer. I also had chips, salsa, & guacamole. All naturally gluten free & not at all prepared on the grill which is a shared space.
