I'm not sure what to say here. They told me they fry the tortilla chips before anything with gluten and then change the oil, but I'm guessing their fryer is contaminated. Their menu is interesting - they mark things that aren't gluten free - which seems better than saying gluten free when food may be contaminated. The food here is very good (used to eat here pre-celiac); I was possibly glutened, but not their fault. I should have asked more questions. I have so many other health issues that sometimes it's hard for me to tell. It would take a lot more research to eat here again, but just eating a chicken taco *may* be ok??!!
