Delicious fresh Mexican Food. Additional location on Grove Barton Rd. near the movie theater.
I have been here twice and have had great service both times. My waitress was knowledgeable about marking the order as a gluten allergy and even double checked with the chef on something I was unsure about. The menu is clearly marked which entrees and tacos are gluten free. Chips are made in a shared fryer so I didn’t have them, but I am yet to find a Mexican restaurant that does have a dedicated fryer. I feel safe going to Salt and Lime.
Personally - never had a bad experience. Quite the opposite - no reactions 2x ina row and amazing meal.

Restaurant advertises that the corn tortilla tacos are gluten free when in fact they are made in house so they add flour. I am lucky that the waitress mentioned this before I ordered. Be careful.
There were def GF options here! I had the queso dip and chips as well as the carnitas tacos. If you have high sensitivity then FYI, there’s no dedicated fryer for GF. Overall good though.
Super delicious food. Knowledgable staff. Gluten free clearly marked on the menu. Their chips are gluten free but cooked in a shared fryer so depending on you allergy level you might want to avoid them.
Had Uber Eats Deliver the Carne Asada Tacos. They are labeled GF on the menu. I can’t speak to the atmosphere of the restaurant or the knowledge of the staff, but the food was amazing!
It is nice how everything is marked gluten free. It was funny to me though that all the guacs, salsas, and dips were marked gluten free but the chips are not. They should work on having some sort of gf chip available.
Food was truly outstanding! Pineapple Zinger margarita was sublime! Lovely atmosphere and great service!
I can't eat the chips (celiac) but they suggested I could bring my own. With HT next door that was easy! I also have several other allergies, I gave them my list and they brought me an amazing salmon dish!! Excellent! I will definitely come back!!
Cannot have chips, so brought my own. Food was good, but typically Tex-mex fair. Service was probably the best we have ever experienced, and GF knowledge was fantastic.
My first experience at the restaurant and everyone had been so accommodating! They indicated options on their menu to me and said I could ask for any modification I needed. They do not have a dedicated fryer. The food is good and so are the drinks!
