super yummy and unique, staff has a listen explaining allergens of their flavors. no gluten free cones but you can just get a cup
Yes
Most of the ice cream flavours are gluten free (though be sure to check- chocolate brownie isn't etc.) and they were very helpful/ considerate about my allergy. Very busy, popular place. Interesting unique flavours. They even offered to give me mine from a fresh barrel with a fresh ice cream scoop to avoid cross contamination. I didn't ask for this, but I think that means it would be celiac friendly if you needed it to be. Had it many times and always feel fine after.
Yes
The staff was well informed and accommodating. I chose my ice cream flavor, they confirmed it was GF, and since I told them I have celiac they opened a new pint and brought out a new scoop to prevent cross contamination. They also informed me that machines are washed between flavors during production.
Update: finally decided to test with my Nima sensor and two of the three flavors (I bought pints) tested positive for gluten.

Staff seemed to lack confidence in what was GF and cross contamination risk, but they were nice and got the manager. I felt comfortable because I’ve eaten at numerous locations without an issue.

Watch out for cross contamination as the scoopers are left in the same water for all ice creams.
I told them I had a gluten allergy so they used a fresh scooper and scooped out of a fresh pint for me.
