Great service, staff was knowledgeable about celiac precautions. I had the brown butter salmon, grilled veggies and rice entree, delicious! Lots of GF options.

Great food. Waiter was attentive and kind about my gluten free questions and requests. Ordered the ribs which were great. They’re ranch dressing is GF as well which I enjoyed with my wedge salad and French fries. Will be returning.

This place was great! The staff was so helpful. There were things marked on the menu but there’s much more available if you ask. I had sushi with tamari sauce with the creme brûlée for dessert. The drinks are really good too.

Very aware of precautions needed to be taken to avoid cc for our celiac son. Several GF options and extensive menu, my celiac son enjoyed bbq ribs from kids menu. Have separate GF fryer for French fries. All around good food and service.

Delicious dinner and clearly marked options!! A def must if in Laguna beach / Dana point area!! Staff well versed in gf! And very aware of cross contamination situations. Had dinner an hour ago and no problems. CELIAC friendly
The hubs and I just got back from a great dinner at Salt Creek Grille. It was our first time there and we really enjoyed our food and the overall experience. Steve was our waiter and he was great! Very knowledgable and friendly. They have GF options right on there main menu. I splurged and had the ribs and garlic fries. The ribs fell right off the bone, very moist and tasty. My hubby had the prime rib and mashed potatoes. He said the prime rib was good but we both loved his mashed potatoes. They even have a flourless chocolate cake with chocolate gelato which My hubby and I shared. We ate outside and the weather was perfect. We will definitely be back! Thx for our great service Steve!

The ambiance and service was great! The menu showed the gluten free options marked with a g. I had ribs and kale/squash side dish. Everything was superb. I'll definitely be back!

They are very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. They went over all of the menu options and precautions they take in the kitchen. They have a dedicated fryer for the fries! I’ve eaten once in the restaurant and three times for takeout and haven’t gotten sick. Very nice staff.

Loved it here! Most entrees were gluten free and they were super accommodating with my GF/DF son. They also have a dedicated gluten-free fryer for fries and GF bun for burgers. They were weak on GF appetizers though.

They have done an outstanding job with allergies and making sure everything is safe. The manager is very well equipped and the staff has been trained well. For those with serious allergies she appoints the elder waiters and waitresses who have been well trained and working with people with allergies to those tables. I get the half roasted chicken and French fries. They have a gluten free fryer using only Canola oil and only the fries go in and nothing else. Fries are hand cut. I also get the grilled romaine with chicken too. Everything was great! I love going here and has become one of my staple safe resteraunts.

I went to salt creek tonight and was a bit confused. I got the french dip sandwhich and asked for the gf bun that everyone had been talking about. Our server alerted us that the bun is a hamburger bun which was great but when my food came, it wasn’t on a hamburger bun. It came on french bread which didn’t look gf AT ALL. The bread had small sprinkles of flour on it. I ended up eating half the sandwhich with the bread that I wasn’t sure was gf or not. I notified our server that I didn’t think the bread was gf but she told me the kitchen verified that it was gf. I feel a little sick but i’m not sure if that is because of the bread or not. I will post a picture of the bread but if it was gf bread, it was really good.

I went this past week for the first time in about a year and about a month and a half after diagnosis. Their menu has changed a lot in general, but gluten free items are no longer clearly identified. The server got the manager for me who walked me through what I could order. They have gluten free soy sauce so some sushi is okay. Appetizers are tough most you can’t have but all entrees except the pasta are gluten free and they have gluten free buns for sandwiches. Hope this helps!
