Food was fine. They don’t have any gluten on site except they used to have flour tortillas that were cooked on the flat top and they recently got rid of them. I think they also have beer so just don’t order that. Their fryer is dedicated but ask just to be safe. They are very nice and the chef will come out and answer your questions if you want. The food quality is why it is four stars. Everything was very salty. It was good, but way too much salt.
The menu is 100% gluten free. Coming from Texas, I’ve missed good tasting Mexican food and this is the first place I’ve found in Chicagoland that gets it right! All the ingredients are locally sourced and the corn tortillas are ground and homemade in house. Excellent food and our son with celiac was so excited he could order every item on menu.
