Review

I have Celiac disease but a bunch of other things also bother me (dairy, soy, eggs, potatoes, garlic and onions and the list goes on but those are the main ones). When I explained this to the hostess she handed me a card that had table number, name, allergies, dislikes etc. that would be handed to the chef when they prepared my meal. I filled the card out and then had a conversation with my server about possible substitutions. I was able to have the Halibut with some changes. After I ate a bit of the first plate the chef came out and asked me if I had started. He then explained that he forgot about the onions in the reduced corn (which I hadn’t touched yet) and insisted on taking it back to make me a new one. I was very impressed that he hurried out as soon as he remembered to stop me before I ate something that would make me sick. The second plate was wonderful and I did not get sick! I was very impressed with this place and felt safe (despite not watching out for 5 months out of mostly fear of cross contamination).

Celiac friendly?
