Servers and chefs are very knowledgeable and accommodating for all types of dietary restrictions. About a third of the options can be prepared gluten free. My two celiac kids (in their 20s) enjoyed their fish entrees and salmon appetizers, and loved getting GF rolls. Amuse Bouchée was delightful as were after dinner chocolates and meringue. This is a very pricey place but they go above and beyond to give you a great dining experience.

Salt did a fantastic job with GF. The staff was very knowledgeable and they brought out endless GF bread for my daughter. Steaks were cooked to perfection.

Server asked when we sat down if anyone at our table had food allergies/restrictions. I told him about my gluten and shellfish allergy. They were AMAZING about making sure I didn’t miss a part of the meal- Chef sent out a special appetizer my husband had his on toast and mine was on a toasted beet. Followed by gluten free dinner roll, my meal was made gluten free and also our surprise anniversary end of meal treat was also gf.

They made sure to say my food was gluten free as they sat it in front of me- was great knowing I could eat an amazing meal and not get sick! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a fancy dinner
