Great experience at Saltgrass. They offer a full gluten-free menu. I enjoyed a 6 oz. filet, hold the butter (I am also dairy-free) and crispy onion strings. All of their veggies are marinated in butter, so I opted instead for a baked sweat potato without any toppings. The steak was great, however, my husband was not very happy with the chicken (frozen??). I guess you shouldn't expect great chicken from a steakhouse. For the price and the overall experience, I would highly recommend this restaurant.
