Wouldn’t recommend. They do have a GF menu but do not acknowledge all of the items on the menu. I ordered a “Hickory Burger” from the GF menu and was served a brisket burger (not on gf menu). The server said “oh we don’t have a hickory burger so I assumed you wanted this one.” So I re-ordered a plain cheeseburger (no bun) & they put it in a to-go box (I felt rushed out the door at this point), I check the box and it has a bun!! Not a gf bun either. Not a good dining or good experience.

On our cross-country trip, we got takeout. I ordered a rib-eye steak and mashed potatoes off the "Gluten-Sensitive" menu, which was good. I had no issues.

Two Celiac kids one wes able to get cheeseburger with gluten-free bun and mashed or baked potatoes. The other child ordered a steak with mashed potatoes or baked potato. Me and my husband were both able to order steaks with the mashed potatoes or baked potato and a salad. The food was excellent!! And no one got sick!! They did not have a gluten-free menu however the waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the options.

We have been here many times and it was ok. Tonight they served my daughter with celiac disease a gluten bun. We questioned and they said it was GF. Now she is puking when she is supposed to be watching Frozen the Musical. We will never go back.

Saltgrass is a great meal! You can get gluten free bread (ask for it on a plate) and butter while others have regular bread before the meal. Managers and usually extremely knowledgeable
