Menu offers gluten free crust and a gluten free pizza bowl. Waitress doesn’t know what the pizza bowl is. She says the crust is popular and they use a different cutter. She didn’t know which toppings are gluten free or what gluten is. I opted for plain cheese because I was uneasy about the toppings. The pizza itself was delicious!
