What a pleasant experience! I had a personal conversation with the owner/chef about his protocol and it is great! I ate a lamb kabob with grilled veggies and two types of rice. The lemon sweet tea was delicious. The evening on the patio was wonderful! A cornhole tournament was going on the lawn.
So many gluten free options! The chef made the stuffed trout without the panko for me and it was AMAZING! Highly recommended!!
Our waitress was amazing! She gave us the option of hummus or the knockout shrimp that could be done gluten free for starters. She let us know all burgers can be made with a gluten free bun! She did say the fry’s where crossed but gave tons of recommendations for other options! We had steaks with garlic mash and spinach! So good! Sams goes above and beyond to make sure your not glutened! Even our receipt satiated gluten allergy
